Your items will arrive in a box that fits through a standard letterbox, meaning you don’t have to wait around for the delivery. We also hate single and excessive use of plastic which is why all packages are delivered in fully recyclable packaging.
All orders are shipped by the next working day and we use either Royal Mail or Hermes. Delivery is usually 2-4 working days to mainland UK. Highlands and NI can expect an additional 2-3 days. There is a possibility your items may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control such as a courier delay. Free shipping for all orders in the UK.
We will by default combine multiple orders from the same customer in to more economical packages for greener shipping. Should you require individual packages please leave us a note during checkout.
We currently only ship to the UK and most of Europe. However, if you are unable to purchase online then please use the form on the contact us page or email email@example.com and we can provide a shipping quote.
What are your delivery charges?
We provide free UK delivery on all orders with no minimum order.

Products delivered outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to customs clearance and relevant fees; HappyHusks cannot be held liable for any other costs that may be added to these, subject to different national legislations. We cannot know in advance what these charges may be; on the contrary, the consumer is in a better position to have knowledge or be aware of them or, at least, of the possibility of their existence and, for this reason, we recommend you check this possibility before placing an order on our website.
Each country has its own customs policy, so you should first contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please bear in mind that, when ordering from HappyHusks, you are considered the importer of goods and must observe all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving goods.
A few countries may apply a duty tax (see below). The tax is not applied consistently and cannot be assessed in advance. Please note that in some instances, the custom clearance process may delay delivery.

Cancellation, Returns & Exchanges
You have the right to cancel your order until 14 days after the items have been delivered. Please contact us at email@example.com with your order number to do so.
If your items have not been shipped, you will be refunded the entire order amount including any shipping charges.
If your items have already been dispatched, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and you will be provided with a returns number and details of where to send the items. The items must be unopened, unused and in a saleable condition. The cost of returning is borne by you. Once your items have been received, we will process your refund within 2 working days.
We will refund you for the cost of the returned items but not for any shipping costs. This should show in your account in another 3-5 days.
